不选that就因为"：",that引导的是从句,两个句子之间是主从关系,而题中后句是前句的解释说明,因此只能选it,这里面it代表后面那一句话.

如果没有冒号的话，选that，引导表语从句。但现在这里有个冒号，个人觉得选this，表示这件事。

要用that就得用从句，而是what引导的而不是that引导的。
