买方应开出以卖方为受益人的179天不可撤消信用证,金额为商品价格.按条款10的规定,信用证凭货运单据付款.
意思是一旦货已运出,卖方凭货运单据就可向银行提款.应该是对卖方有利的条款,货物无论在运输途中有任何问题都与卖方无关了.
