borrow sth on后面加do还是doing

加doing,因为on 是介词,介词后面的动词用ing形式.
比如：You are good at dancing.（at是介词,因此dance要用ing形式）
（‍参考）lend是借出去(借给他人,用lend sth to sb.表示),borrow是借进来(从他人那里借某东西为己方所用,用borrow sth.from sb.表示).
eg.1.I lent him a pen.==I lent a pen to him.
