为什么前者是对的,后者就不对了?

with the door open,让门开着；
with the door close（改为closed）,让门关着.
这个介词短语的构成是with sth+形容词,让某物处于某种状态,close是动词,所以要改为形容词closed.

那就是说close不能作形容词？
那还有哪些词能像Open一样。既能作动词还能作形容词的？

close也可以做形容词的，但意思就不是“关”了，而是“近的”。
至于其他类似open的，暂时没想起有什么。
