语法错了,有了重复的助动词出现.
因该是 I think there are two very important suggestions. 我觉得有两项非常重要的建议. 或
I think that these two suggestions are very important. 我觉得这两项建议的非常重要.

suggestions后面加上which做成从句，不然会出现两个谓语
