单纯就你给出的两个句子而言,应该用person,但其实都是中式英语,在英语中是不这样说的,一般的表达是What do you think about him?或者是How about him do you think 中文翻译英语很多时候不是每个字都要翻译出来的,全部翻一出来就成为地道的中式英语了

people,多指人们,复数形式.
而man和person.可以作为单数形式用.
