相同点：两者都有定语从句
不同点：one of 与 the one of 的区别.注意the的用法.所以这两句是根据从句强调的词语不同,连接不同动词形式.
前者的意思是他是帮助我的学生之一.句子的定语从句who help me是修饰students.因为学生students是名词复数,所以定语从句的谓语要复数形式.
后者的定语从句 who helps me 是修饰the one .特指一个,所以从句的谓语动词要单数形式,动词+s.
其实,就是要区分one of 与 the one of的差别
