我也是这么认为的!
不过有这么一种情况,当表(ABC)中只有函数依赖,A->B,当然函数依赖也是多值依赖.
if A is the key.so 这个表也是4nf.
if A -> C,then 这个表就不是4nf.
if this table is (AB),and A->B,then this mvd is trivial 平凡的.And it do not exist nontrivial mvd,so this is 4nf.
