因为这里牵涉到的词组是 in the case 在某种情况（场景）下 所以问中用的应是 in many case 相当于一个地点状语 所以用 where 引导

定语从句，修饰cases的，当然只能用where，大体意思就是说我能想到很多情况，学生知道很多单词和短语却写不出好文章
