1.都可以,不过后者更佳.
甚至还可以说：Soon you'll feel better.
2.不是间或,应该是省略吧.
we will not.= we will not desert you.
因为desert you在前句已经出现过,为避免重复,所以后句将其省略.
3.there为副词,做地点状语,意思是“在那个地方/那个点”.
