Family communication
Family members have the nearest relationship with us.Every day we have to interact with our family members.In our society,everyone cannot live without family’s supports.For those reasons,communicating with family members is necessary for us.Here I will introduce the development of family communication,and use these information to do some research for my family.
Family relationship begins when two people marry each other.Marrying always means a family starts.At that moment,their family communication is very basic; just like the moment they’re still in relationship of lover.Still,they will feel very excited about marrying,and they will feel hopeful for their future.
However,three months pass away.This couple feels very bored and tired about their lives.Naturally conflicts are going to arise [1].The reason is real lives pull them back from daydreaming.They start to complain,arguing for daily duties.In this period,man always say” I have to support the family” instead of doing housework.Their family communication starts to relate to their family responsibilities.They have to learn how to compromise.
This situation constants until the wife is pregnant.When a woman is pregnant,a man will always hold his wife as a princess.Not like before,men will hear every sentence women said carefully.Women will be the main person in their family communications.In their family,the topic of their communications is always about the children’s future.They will start to analyze the ways to train their children effectively.
After their children are born,their family conversation will be more focused on educating the children.Men stop talking dirty words when they are in a family conversation,and women stop complaining to her husband in front of their children.
In the Seventh years after they are married.Their children have to go to elementary school.At that moment,in their family conversation,the husband and wife will start arguing about their family.Men will always complain about their lives,because they will find much pressure on their shoulder.The pressure comes from children’s education,the expense of his family and working environment.They have to support the whole family.Sometimes these pressures will lead him shout to his wife.On the other hand,the wife will always feel dissatisfied with their lives.They always compare with their friends who have better family situation than her.In this period,they have lots of family communications; however,arguing is the main part of these conversations.They use the helpless ways to communicate with their partner.That’s the reason that we find such many divorces happen in that period.
