Roy looked at me angrily,“You doubt that I stole the money?”“My mother and I have been living a hard life since my father died,and I have no choice but to help my mother support our family.I have been doing several part-time jobs after school,so I can't spare any time to stay with my friends.As a result,I have lost most of them.”
“But three months ago ...”
“I did go through the pockets of people's coats three months ago.However,it was at that time that I made up my mind to be a man and it was from then on that I worked after school to earn some money.”
