1.这是need的特定用法.
（1）sth need doing或者sth need to be done都是表示被动关系.
其他比如have sth done,have sth do
（2）need to do才表示主动关系.
2.regret donging表示“后悔做过什么事情”
regret to do 表示“遗憾地去做,不得不去做什么事情”
3.两个都对,注意这里的to是介词,所以两都对.
4.shout shouted shouted shouting..
