happen with 是美国部分人的用法，意即 happen to，不属标准用法，但不碍事。
(类似的情形在美国很多。我们知道 different 的标准用法是 different from，但很多美国人用成 different with 或 different to，并且这个人群有扩大之势。)

happen with表示附带出现的事,happen to表示主要的事.
What happen to him?他出了什么事?（这件事是主要的事.）
What happened with him?他还出了什么事?（他已经出了某件事,现在他还附带出了什么事.） 个
