强调句的话,去掉it is that 句子依然完整.
这个句子就是一个时间状语从句.
it is not yet 7 o'clock now.
然后把时间从现在变为 ”when she got to the office“

你把it was ...that 去掉 他是不完整的因为she got to office (at) seven o'clock 少了at 所以他不是强调句,缺的是时间状语所以用when
