has 四个月是一个时间概念上的整体.说的是一个事情,所以用has,
你看后边的空,两个都是isn't 选项中就把答案告诉你了.

必须用B. Four MONTH(S) in sentence one - Subject is months.
"Four months" in sentence two - the subject is the time period of four months, which is ONE time period...difference.
