初一英语作文我最喜欢的运动

My favourite sport is jogging.Jogging can be done alone or in a group.Therefore I can do jogging as an when I like without asking any friend to join.To jog,I just need a pair of running shoes,a t-shirt and a pair of shorts.
Before starting any sport including jogging,it is always good to do smoe streching and warm-up.This is to avoid sport injuries during any excercise.
