英语改错,括号里面为可能错误的部分.实在是不确定.是不是not the same as?
(Basically), (computerized data processing) is much (the same as) done by hand or (by electromechanical methods.)

much the same 差不多一样,而后面的as 显然是多余的,当much the same as + 名词,表示和...一样.

我觉得是(the same as)这里错，句子的大概意思是 计算机数据处理与手工数据处理或者机电数据处理是一样的。这里the same as是比较。这里主语是computerized data processing计算机数据处理，比较的是 数据处理，as后面却没有比较项目而是直接用done，这里应该是不对的。所以应该在as 后面加个that，that表示数据处理，后面的done是作that的定语....

我觉得是by electromechanical methods部分。
正确的应该是(Basically), (computerized data processing) is much (the same as) done by hand or (done by electromechanical methods.)
原因为：the same as 意思为：与…同样的;无异。也就...
