随着企业资金需求不断增加,其资金的筹集必然是该企业建设的首要工作；资金是企业的“血液”,是企业经营活动的重要内容,亦是经营活动得以进行的持续推动.企业必须从各种渠道以各种形式去筹集资金,以满足企业投资和用资的需要.筹集资金的问题伴随着企业的产生、发展的整个过程.从企业的日常经营活动所需营运资金到为开发新产品、投资新项目或发展新业务；改造和更新固定资产；收购和兼并其他的企业；甚至在企业遭遇生产经营困难时,都会进行资金的筹集.
Along with the enterprise's ever increasing demand of captial resource. Fund raising has become the most important part of building of an enterprise. Capital resource is the blood of an enterprise, it is an important content of the enterprise's business activities. Also is the power source pushing the business activities forward. In order to satisfy the enterprise's investment's needs, they must raising capital from all kinds of channels and using of various approaches. The matter of fund raising accompanies the creation of an enterprise and ite entire development process. From its daily business activity's capital need to the development of a new product, new project investment or start of a new venture, changing and renew of the fixed assets, acquisittion or merge with another enterprise. Even when the enterprise has encounter with trading difficulties, which also needs capital raising as well.

基于此,本文主要以《企业筹资的渠道和方式》为题,首先是引言部分,说明了本文的选题背景及意义,其次简要介绍了企业筹资的理论界定,紧接着详细分析了当前企业的发展现状及筹资问题,最后根据前文的分析,提出了完善企业筹资渠道和方式的对策建议,并对全文进行总结.
Based on the above, this article uses "The channels and approaches of capital raising" as the title and the first part is the foreword introducing this article's chosen background and its meanings. Second comes the introduction of theoretical definition of enterprises.
Followed by detailed analysis of the current situation of the enterprise's development and their related capital raising problems. Finnally, according to the analysis of the above, put forward a foolproof suggestion of channels and approaches for the capital raisings and summarizes this article.
