这张便条（note）是被粘贴在门上的,所以用过去分词表示被动.
find是感官动词,感官动词后面可以接动词原形或动词ing形式,但是,如果这个动词表被动,就要用过去分词.
2.A
the truck loaded with garbage意思是装满垃圾的火车.
火车是被装满垃圾的,所以用过去分词.排除B、D.
“给火车装上垃圾”译成英语是load the truck with garbage.排除C.
第二空用了prevent...from doing sth.这个结构.
