这里的with joy应该是状语.
去掉之后就是 Rose was wild at the result of the examination.
这里的at应该是指be wild at sth 对某事感到惊奇!
译为：Rose 对考试结果感到很惊奇!
as the result of是因为,由于的意思,显然这里不是强调as the result of的用法.
