1先预热煎锅至中高热度或预热电锅至375℃. 然后在锅中放入植物油或滴几滴烹饪喷雾（如果锅中的水滴溅跳起来直至再也没有水滴溅跳之后就说明可以了）
2取等量的煎饼粉和水混合在一起搅拌直至面糊恰好湿润.注意不要过度搅拌,保持这个状态1~12分钟.
