应该这样说哈：
one thousand two hundred and thirty four
规律就是在“十位数”的前面加 and 就ok啦
比如说6190 用英文表达就是
six thousand one hundred and ninety

这个没有严格的规定，当你觉得你这句话有点长时加个and，
但是不要太频繁用。
