it leaves 是time的定语从句
leaves是单数第三人称,配合定语从句中主语的it.

第一是 time是不可数名词，动词要用第三人称单数的形式，
二是，leave前是it it也是一个第三人称单数，后面的动词也是要加s的（一般的情况是第三人称单数动词后加s，还有加es的）
