后面的“there”多余.
“where I have ever……….”是一个由关系副词“where”引导的定语从句,“where”本身在从句中已经是作状语,意思为“there,那里”,不必再用“there”.又如：
This is the house where my friend lives.
Shanghai where she was born in 1970 is a famous industrial and commercial city.
所以你的句子可写成：
A place where I have ever been 我曾经来过的地方
or
A place where I have never been 我未曾去过的地方

来过是一个瞬间的行为，不能用BEEN ，如果用了been意思就变成我曾经呆过的地方了，
所以这句话应该是A place where I had come

正确的是：A place where I have ever been......(这里where已经在定于从句中作地点状语了，再加there就重复了。）记住：在定于从句中，关系副词作定于从句的状语。
