首先,rich food 是一个偏正短语,油腻食物的意思,more是说food,不是说rich.
这个句型不是the more ...the more,你理解错了,而是“比较级...比较级...”是比较级就可以了

这里的more其实只是一个公式样的东西，就是指一个形容词或副词的比较级，但也可以是一个修饰语作定语，后面跟名词：
