后面的when引导的定语从句修饰time,“在这一时期,高质量的文艺评论可以在大多数大城市的报纸上被读到”

整体翻译的时候可以调整一下从句和主句的语序^_^

对于某人来说说不可能是很难的（直译），引申意思就是说某人很厉害，什么都难不倒他
