In the history, the difference between Chinese and the Western thinking style and how people behave has caused a shift in the culture, which includes the dietetic culture. Chinese sitology uses food to express feeling and messages. The meaning is so deep that it is too hard to describe. On the other hand, the Western interpretation of food is that it has to be kickshaw, and has its own style. Ever since ancient time, the two dietetic cultures collide with each other, encourages human’s development, and contributes greatly to the civilization.
