not=吥是 -are you a femeal?-i'm not.
haven't=还没或没有（第一人称,第三人称复数,完成时）-i haven't eat yet.
has not=还没或没有（第三人称单数）-she has not done her homework.
doesn't=does not（第三人称单数）do not用于复数
-she doesn't like cats.-i do not like cats.
