hear强调结果.而listen强调的是过程.很明显.这里强调的是结果.
48:D.很明显是问原因.
49:C.something是表示某事的.但这是在一般疑问句中.所以some要变成any.即something变成anything.
附加：当表示请求、邀请,希望对方给你肯定答复的时候,some保持不变.
例如：A:Would you like some tea?
B:Yes,I'd like to.

第一个是for.固定搭配,不多说.47是很明显是heard.因为后面说了是不是我说了什么好笑的话.48是why,问学生为什么笑.49是anything,疑问句.这根据上下文很容易判断答案啊.没什么好细讲的
