hang “悬着”,在此用作不及物动词,it是主动发出这个hang动作的,况且对话的“现在”该动作正在发生着,所以用现在进行时的is hanging.A是过去将来时,时态错误；B是现在完成时,也不对；D是一般过去时,也错了.
