应该选B.因为这里作比较的不是TV sets,而是the price.而表示时间、金钱、距离、度量等复数名词作主语时,被看作一个整体,谓语动词常用单数形式.因此“其它电视机的价格”在这里作为谓语也是表示一个整体,用于跟前面的price比较.所以用单数that
