how to deal with foolish parents?

how to deal with foolish parents?
they are all over 80,very foolish
and arrogent,because my father
had been a beauro chief once upon
a time,he always feels important
and thinks that other consider him
so,on the contrary,I am sick about
his behavior and pretending-important
manner,he treats us as his subordinates
like those in his unit.He is easy to
get angry no matter how stupid he is.
anyway he is always correct.I sometime
just want to hit him on the head so
as to let him know what the profoundness
is.They are like frogs in the well
never know how big the world really is.
for most of the time,I choose to be
silent and sometime I lose my temper
and just say some less harsh word
then,the world war starts.I hate
them,they don't know how to live,
how to appreciate affections with
their children although they once
had been a big officials.in my
eyes,they are just a bunch of
junk,they never listen to our
good advice and critizism which
will either make them more hostile
or more angry.I just want to
break up the relation with them
and don't want to be considered
as the same family.I really want
some advice from you,my friends.
