Last week I did a survey on students’ average sleep hours among 500 students in a middle school. The survey shows that most middle school students lack sleep, which may have harmful effects on both students’ health and study. According to the survey , 80% of the students have an average of less than 7 hours’ sleep per night and 10% sleep even less than 6 hours, which is much less than the required 8 hours. The important reason is that many students are busy doing their homework and some students are addicted to computer games. In order to solve this problem , students should arrange their study time properly and quit playing computer games. In addition, more attention should be paid to both students’ mental and physical health.
