2.Seller agrees to use its best efforts to assure that all of the components and raw materials used in the manufacture of the Products comply with all of the Specifications,Quality Control Standards,and other specifications established by Buyer in this Agreement and in any JOB order.Seller agrees not to permit or effect any changes in the components,raw materials,or manufacturing processes of the Products that will contravene the Specifications,the Quality Control Standards,or this Agreement without first obtaining Buyer’s written signed consent.Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary,upon any change by Buyer in the Specifications that requires different components,raw materials,or manufacturing processes,(i) Seller may require an increase in the price to reflect any increased costs to Seller resulting from such change,and (ii) Buyer may require a decrease in the price to reflect any decreased costs to the Seller resulting from such change.
