我是第一个回答的,但看到下边的都选A,所以我要解释一下
the way 后面的the guests _were treated_ in the hotel 是定语从句,省略了引导词.而influenced是主句的谓语既然是个从句就应该有主语和谓语又是被动,所以选B,没错的.

是的，这个句子可以改成定语从句，若是改成了定语从句，那么that和in which
是都能省略的，这个比较自然些。

这题应该选B.
这句话的意思是说,客人在宾馆被接待的方式影响到他们对(宾馆)服务(质量)的评价.
因为只可能是宾馆的工作人员接待(服务)客人,所以是the hotel workforce treats/serves the guests,反过来说就是the guests are treated/served (by the hotel workforce).
