Tom was very deaf,but he didn‘t like people to know this.
One evening ,he invited some friends to dinner .While they were at table,one of his friends told funny story .Everyone laughed,and Tom laughed as loud as anyone.He said：“That was a very funny joke,but I know a funnier one.Would you like to hear it?"They all said they would ,so Tom began his story.
When it ended,everyone laughed louder than ever,and he himself smiled happily.He was very glad that his story was so funny.But he didn't know the story was the same as the one his friend had just told
