我觉得应该选A，但是答案选的是B。
不知道是为什么，大概是答案出错？求解答。
算了大家都没说到点子上，我自己找到答案了。
第一个选opens因为后面有个early作副词，如果用is open那此时的open是形容词，不能放在副词前面；第二个选is closed是因为后面是“after 10:00 p.m.”，不是一个具体的点时间。如果是具体的点时间（如at 9:00am）就用closes。
