英语作文 考试成绩不理想,给建议

Hello.This is Li Hua,a student from XXX Middle School.I am writing to tell you the trouble I have learning English.Of all the subjects,I do poorest in English.I do badly in the exams.But I don't think I am lazy.I study very hard at it.I read English every morning and have practice every day.But I can't remember the new words and phrases clearly.I also have some difficulty with the grammar.I don't know how to use the tenses.Dear XXX,I wonder whether my way to learn English is right.What should I do?Could you please give me some advice?
