摘要:旋转系统有定点转动与绕点转动的类型区别,控制物体转动的施力方式又有系统内的牵引式与系统外的单方位截击式和全方位截击式之异,当用不同方式的向心作用力控制不同类型的旋转系统时,其向心力的矢向可表现出定点性与定向性的差异.定点性向心力的矢向没有切向平移性,定向性向心力的矢向具有切向平移性.角动量的守恒只能成立在受定向性向心力控制的旋转系统中.

The rotation system has the difference for fixed-point rotation and circled-point rotation.
The style of force to control rotation on objects also differs between inner system tractor style and outer system control which includes single direction interception typeand the omni direction interception type.
When using different centripetal force to control different rotation system ,the vector direction of the centripetal force can behave differently between fixed-point charactors.
The vector direction of the fixed-point characrized centripental force doesn't have cut directioned flat translation whereas direction-fixed force does.
The conservation of the angular momentum only stands correctly in rotation system controlled by direction-fixed centripental force.
