maybe you can answer like this,for example ,my town is in zhengzhou.
the transporation in our town is a little busy,especially on the peak time cars ,buses,bikes and peopole are very crowd,you can't pass the main road easily.Fortunately the cross-bridge gives us a lot of benefit ,it can dispart the vehicles,then the transportation is not so congested.

It's heavy in the morning and in the evening.
I think it's good/bad.
