直译的话，就是一件特殊的事情。您翻译成大是大非有点意思上也讲得通的，根据上下文语境意译更为准确。答案肯定没错，我敢肯定的。呵呵。

为什么那么肯定呢？

因为后面半句用的是not too late 不会在迟。那前半句就得用同意表达，所以 in time 是对的，意思是“及时”。
