that you remain confused about 是从句修饰points,楼上说错了
confusing指的是事物本身的性质让人感到迷惑,修饰的是引起疑惑的东西,而不是被迷惑的对象.
前面加being表被动,可这里是人感到迷惑,不用加被动

像这些动词的Ving和被动形式都可将其看成形容词，前者表物使人迷惑，后者表人被迷惑，可以改写一下，it is still confusing you. you are still confused with it.
