Dear Sir or Madam:
Much to my regret, I am writing this letter to complain about the mobile-phone which I bought from your company two weeks ago.
The problem of this mobile-phone is that I can't use it to take photos. This is the most important function which I expect.
As if this is not enough, I waited for the mobile-phone for 2 weeks instead of your promised 5 days to delivery.
You can imagine how disappoint I am when I received the package. It is clear that something which should not have occurred. In spite of the fact that I really appreciate your company, I am quite sure your service this time is really bad. Your company prides itself on its high quality of service; I believe this is not allowed to happen again.
I am looking forward to receiving your explanation, and compensation for the inconvenient I have been caused.
