Recall the period of my parents’ childhood,our country,China,there is no university,even the elementary education; the number of them is limited in city,not to mention the vast rural areas.

时态不对is--was,the number后面的错得太离谱了,连意思都读不出来,仅从语法上看not to这句缺谓语

而且也不能一直用逗号
要适当地分句啊
