A Meaningful Trip
Yesterday was Tree Planting Day,and it was a fine day.We went to the Xishan Mountain.We wanted to do a meaningful job.that was planting trees.Early in the moring we gathered at the school gate.We started out at half past eight.We went by bike.On arriving the Xishan Mountain,we began to work.Some of us dug holes,some put the young trees in the holes,some covered the holes with earth,and others watered the young trees.We worked very hard.We worked for about two hours.We went home at about five in the afternoon.We felt happy though we were tired,for it was a meaningful trip.
