sources being the most accurate 这里应该是现在分词作后置定语,修饰前面的sources,相当于对应的定语从句,sources which are the most accurate
be the most accurate 是最精确的,其现在分词形式是being the most accurate,作后置定语,就如 The man talking to her is Tom.= The man who is talking to her is Tom.

其实，一般如果是用像ambitious这么简短的形容词来作定语，一般是这种形式出现 The ambitious man can be a king. 或者 The man who is ambitious can be a king. being ambitious 这种being +形容词 这种形式其实很少见，一般如果已经有个形容词，就直接sth. is adj., 很少会sth. is being adj. 但是在网上搜了一下，还是有的，http://zhidao.baidu.com/question/87375672.html?an=0&si=8 The document summaries data and information from these sources being the most accurate at the time of the document preparation. 这句话我个人的理解是，这文件总结了这些资料里面的数据和信息，而这些资料是在文件准备过程当中所搜集到的，最为精确的。 being the most accurate 表示一种状态，be the most accurate表示它们是最精确的，用ing形式作后置定语来修饰sources 同样，The man being ambitious can be a king.虽然没怎么见过，但是我个人觉得好像还是可以的，being ambitious也有点强调处于这么一种状态的人，也可以作定语来修饰man 不过这些都是个人观点，仅供参考，有可能我的理解完全错误了，如果真那样的话，就不好意思啦。。。
