the other一般是用于 只有两者或两种情况,one…the other…而题意只是说周日不行,除了周日的可能性肯定不只一种,排除C
others=other + n.
比如 There are many people in the classroom.Some are reading,while others/other people are playing.

你好。因为time是可数名词的单数，解释为“次”， 所以这次不行，就another time或者next time.如果还是不行，就再下次------another到底，或者就用next time.-------反正没有范围或者限定。
