Your windows speech recognizer has not been set.Thats why when SVA tries to
start up its failing to load the required ( Default ) Speech Recognizer.
Go to your start menu and type Speech then select Speech Recognition and set it
up.Once done.Re-install SVA - Also do note that SVA Prototype 7 ( P7 ).
After that check the name of your Speech Synthesizer- and go to the installation
directory and inside the Settings folder you will find Microsoft
Anna
Change Microsoft Anna to the name of your Speech Synthesizer which can be found
by typing "speech" in the start menu and then selecting "change text to speech"
