A不行,是因为which不能用在非限制性定语从句
B 并列分句,不对
D on which 用在后面固定搭配介词短语有on ,on前置,这里后面没有

sorry，可以，这里不能用，是因为“把事情搞复杂的”不是 imagination，而是Man alone was endowed with imagination这件事，这个事实。所以用了同位语 a fact。否则，which指代不明，按照近指，就指向了imagination，不符合原意。
